From Taiwan to the United States, and from Wall Street to academia, my own journey has been shaped by the opportunities created through education, mentorship, and investment.
For more than 25 years, I worked at the intersection of capital and ideas—managing investments on Wall Street and helping institutions and families navigate complex financial decisions across global markets.
Today, I seek to create those same opportunities for others.
Through Chang Development Company, I lead critical mineral and infrastructure initiatives in Somaliland that promote local economic development and strengthen strategic partnerships among the United States, Taiwan, and Somaliland. Through ZiVA Wealth, I help women build the financial confidence needed to create independent and meaningful lives. Through my work in higher education, I seek to expand opportunity, strengthen democratic societies, and help prepare future generations for a rapidly changing world.
