My mission is to expand opportunities for others through education, investment and public policy.
From Taiwan to the United States, and from Wall Street to academia, my journey has been shaped by the opportunities created through education, mentorship, and investment.
For more than 25 years, I worked at the intersection of capital and ideas—managing investments on Wall Street and helping institutions and families navigate complex financial decisions across global markets.
Today, my work spans three areas. Through Chang Development Company, I lead critical mineral and infrastructure initiatives in Somaliland that promote local economic development and strengthen strategic partnerships among the United States, Taiwan, and Somaliland. Through ZiVA Wealth, I help women build the financial confidence needed to create independent and meaningful lives. As Chair Professor and Vice Dean at National Sun Yat-sen University School of Banking and Finance, I prepare future leaders for a rapidly evolving financial world.
